Restore / Improve sound of laser pistols (Setesh model)

With the introduction of the Setesh update during autumn 2025 there was a new starter gun released with a new effect and sound. However, this changed all similar laser pistols of the same model (e.g. LP-series and Macmahon series) to the new sound and effect as well. As visible in thread below 97% of users that voted dislike the new sound and 80% of the users that voted dislike the new visual effect.
