Kool Kat in Rocktropia

Would love to see Kool Kat hide/leather so, we could have a Texture Bp for making Kool Kat Textures! <3 that would be awesome and a missed opportunity for RT originally. But, we can improve on this and get the texture now <3 Lets get it going!
