If you teleport or die after the final encounter of the Lahar RDI Lab, you become trapped

As title suggest, if you utilise the revive terminal after the final boss encounter you become trapped in the revive terminal ante-chamber.

Relogging places you back outside the entrance to the lab as a work around.
