Custom Link Cards & External Chat API

1. Custom Link “Blob Cards”

Add support for user‑generated links that open a small structured card in the UI. Useful for:

• WTS/WTB lists

• Crafting services

• Event rules

• Info posts

Cards could include headers, highlights, icons, tags, and optional URLs. Players could save them to Notes for quick reference.

3. External Chat API (Opt‑In)

Provide a controlled API for community tools, unlocked via account flag or an in‑game “Bot Key”.

Scopes: read‑only or read/write per channel, rate‑limited, revocable.

Possible uses:

• Soc bots (!seen, !online)

• Event/raid tools (DPS, globals, splits)

• Crafting/recipe lookups

• Public info bots (market data, missions, timers)
