Add Total/Remaining Uses to Item Info Panel

Add a total or remaining uses amount to the item info panel. This being a hidden stat opens up a lot of scams either intentional or unintentional. This would help buyers be more informed about the purchases they make and allow them to properly calculate how much they would like to pay for an item. This already exists as a stat for items you can equip that don’t have ammo burn and only decay tt value. This would instead be for all items and added directly to the item info panel. Being dependent on other people to tell you the proper decay amount on a new item is a pain and there’s no way to debunk their claim unless you get a hold of the item yourself and test it. This information should be freely available to everyone as it does more harm than good being hidden.
